Wanted to see Papeete popular places and this apartment was excellent base for exploring most of them. I greatly enjoyed the owner, and the staff was really kind. The room was exceptional and exceptionally comfortable with a good value, pleasant to stay in. Pool was great. Room was spacious and included with including a washing machine, kitchen, as for instance.

I found this place to be a convenient base for exploring the area and I enjoyed my stay. The staff here were helpful and exceptional, and I appreciated their assistance. everything was great.

I had a great experience at this lovely studio. Carlos, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the ferry terminal when I had to leave. the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. the supermarket was conveniently nearby, and the city centre was within walking distance.

There is also a pool on the 7th floor, although the seating arrangement could be more inviting. Cons: Nothing to be said.

I absolutely adored the room – it had everything I needed including a washing machine, and the location was comfortable and not too far from the market; and the host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home!

We had a really great stay at this place, with a convenient location close to the center, a wonderful view of the sea and French Polynesia, and super friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. the apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen was not up to par, and some appliances, like the hairdryer, were difficult to find. the breakfast provided was not up to standard, with expired bread and already opened tea and coffee products.

We had an amazing stay at a lovely studio with a wonderful host. Carlos from Fare Arearea Sweet Studio was exceptional in his hospitality, going above and beyond to make our trip special. He helped with restaurant bookings, provided fresh baguettes, and even took us on a private tour of the island, sharing fascinating insights into French Polynesian culture. The studio itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice balcony area and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and the beach. We also appreciated the good wifi, hot shower, and the rooftop pool with stunning views.

I had a pleasant stay at Fare Arearea Sweet Studio. Carlos, the owner, provided free transfers from the ferry and to the airport, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free. The studio apartment was comfortable and had good air conditioning. Despite the patchy WiFi, Carlos was prompt in responding to my messages. The location was convenient, with the ferry station and promenade within a 15-20 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Papeete.

I had a fantastic stay at this studio. Carlos, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. He arranged a car rental and a 4-wheel safari excursion for us and even showed us around Papeete town. the location of the studio was perfect, within walking distance of the town, Roulette square, and the ferry terminal. the bed was comfortable, and the rooftop swimming pool offered amazing views.

The studio also had free high-speed WiFi, which was a bonus.

The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and a 15-minute walk to town. The apartment had air conditioning, which was a great relief in the hot weather. The host was helpful and arranged transportation to and from the airport, as well as driving me to the ferry terminal.

The apartment was basic and in need of some maintenance. The appliances were rusty and dirty, and the kitchen was not well cleaned.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful owner. Not only did he give us a warm welcome, but he also took the time to show us around the area, pointing out key locations such as the market, bakery, and tourist office. This made our time in the city much more enjoyable and convenient. the inclusion of breakfast supplies in the refrigerator was a nice touch, allowing us to start our day off right without having to worry about finding a place to eat.

There were a few aspects that we weren't completely satisfied with. the communication about the airport shuttle was misleading.
